Abstracts must be submitted through the online submission system and written in English.
Each presenter is allowed to register up to three abstracts.
Abstracts should not exceed 200 words. Figures and tables are not allowed. The word count excludes the title, authors' names, and affiliations.
Authors must complete all required fields during the submission process, including the title, author details, affiliations, and email addresses.
Submitted abstracts can be edited or revised by the authors until the submission deadline. After this deadline, no further modifications will be possible. Authors are responsible for ensuring the content's accuracy before submission.
Authors can indicate their preferred presentation format (oral or poster). However, the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee after evaluation.
Upon submission, an acknowledgment email will be sent to the corresponding author’s email address. If this confirmation email is not received, it indicates that the abstract was not successfully submitted. In such cases, please verify the submission details and ensure that the correct email address was used. Additionally, authors can log in to the conference website to check the status of their submission.
